Summary
As one of the UK's most rapidly growing plant-based restaurant brands, we were approached by Clean Kitchen Club to assist in their aggressive summer roll out during Summer 2022.
With a focus on launching sites in Notting Hill, Soho and the multi-billion pound development at Battersea Power Station, Clean Kitchen Club engaged CENSE to assist operationally with the demands of the expansion.

Key Objectives
— Assisting the Group Executive Chef and Development Chef to create a new menu
— Sourcing new and exciting plant-based products with a route to market
— Contracting new suppliers to further drive the commercial success of the business
— Providing operational guidance and support across the estate
— Collaborating with design & fit out agency to create the most effective operations
— Soft launch and official press launch activation
